Health Data Forum is a global platform advancing healthcare transformation through the ethical and innovative use of health data. Since 2020, we have brought together experts from healthcare, research, policy, and industry to foster meaningful dialogue and collaboration on the future of digital health.

Our flagship event—the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit—returns in 2025 with a special edition hosted in Cardiff, Wales, on 24–25 September, in partnership with Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW). Set in the iconic Principality Stadium, this year's summit is themed "Driving Change through Data Insights" and will explore real-world applications of data to improve patient care, public health, and system resilience.

With a dynamic program of keynotes, panels, live demos, and site visits, the summit will dive into key topics like:

Think Tank on Real-World Evidence 

In addition to the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit in Wales, we are launching a specialised Executive Think Tank on Real-World Evidence (RWE) in Dubai. Held in partnership with GCC eHealth, this initiative aims to bridge the dialogue on RWE between Europe and the MENA region—strengthening cross-regional collaboration, advancing data-driven healthcare, and promoting shared innovation across diverse health systems.

Ramp Up in 2025

From our early gatherings in Porto to the strategic alliance in Ghent and the resounding success of last year's Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit in Cascais, we've continued to elevate the global conversation on health data and responsible innovation.

In September 2025, we will bring the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit to Wales, a nation at the forefront of digital health integration. This milestone event will build on the momentum of Cascais 2024, advancing urgent dialogue on Real-World Evidence (RWE), digital health innovation, and ethical data governance, with a strong focus on collaboration across sectors and systems.

Then, in November 2025, we head to Dubai for an exclusive Health Data Forum Executive Think Tank, where global health leaders and executives will shape the future of RWE in a high-impact, closed-door setting. This event will spotlight strategic use of data in value-based care, regulatory innovation, and investment-driven health transformation.

Together, these landmark events reflect our commitment to advancing meaningful, cross-continental dialogue on the future of health data.
